Garlas Agea

Garlas Agea (Ayleidoon for "Cavern of Secrets") is an Ayleid ruin in the Gold Coast of Cyrodiil, located between the modern-day cities of Anvil and Kvatch.

History

During the time of the imperatum saliache, legends associate Garlas Agea with the worship of Molag Bal, which is corroborated by the statuettes of him found in the ruins. The meaning behind its name alludes to the dark, horrific, and perhaps better-forgotten secrets of the Ayleids. It later fell into ruin after the Alessian Slave Rebellion, as the burgeoning Alessian Empire toppled the remaining Ayleid cities of Cyrod one-by-one.
