Hanelia Siaena (formally Hanelia Hellevenia Arborea Carnageria Siaena) was an Aerlon and a member of the Tessian Hegemony's highly elite Great Quartet - the highest-ranking generals of its Star Navy and the most powerful individuals within the nation itself besides Tessia von Gretolia. Notorious for her sadistic personality, Hanelia also led the Hegemony during its later years between 2119 and 2122 after Tessia's death.
