History

Formation

Max Albright, the founder of Lone Star Media, was born in Brazoria during communist rule in the country. He developed an interest in media and entertainment, but sought opportunities in the Kingdom of Sierra as the ideologically mandated restrictions and censorship imposed by the socialist government was seen as creatively stifling for him and hindered his overall goals. He would move to Sierra in 1980 and would soon get a job at the Media Corporation two months later, starting out as an executive at the Eagle Broadcasting Corporation, later becoming a contributor and executive at EBN News by 1984. He chose an on the ground reporter that same year and would later cover the Yellowrose Revolution in 1989 that would bring about the fall of the Brazorian People's Republic and ended communist rule. Albright would help establish the Media Corp's branch in Brazoria following the Yellowrose revolution with the long-term goal of establishing an independent affiliate company in the country.
