The national flag of the Federal Republic of the Chinese Nations is based off the Flag of the United Nations. Just like the Flag of the United Nations, the blue background and the white olive branches represent peace.
In the centre of the flag, the map of a unified China is shown in red, the traditional colour of China. Red was chosen as it was also the common colour between the Flag of the People's Republic of China and Flag of the Republic of China.
