Presidential Cabinet of the Federal Republic of the Chinese Nations

The Presidential Cabinet is the executive branch of the government. The role of the executive branch is to enforce the law by exercising its authority and responsibility in regards to daily administration of the state bureaucracy. The following is an outline structure of the Presidential Cabinet of the Federal Republic of the Chinese Nations.
- The President (总统) is the head of state and the head of government of the country; thus, the head of the executive branch of the government. The office is democratically elected by a nationwide popular vote of a simple majority (over 50%).
- Presidential assent is required to approve bills passed by the Legislative Senate.
- During war time and/or state of emergence, the President is the commander in chief of all military and paramilitary units of the country.
- The Vice President (副总统) is the second in command in the executive branch and the first in the presidential line of succession. The office is elected along with the President as the President's running mate.
- The Cabinet members constitutes of the ministers of all executive national ministries, including (with breakdown of departments for major and large ministries):
