New Manila is a city located in Wilcox County, Gold Coast. New Manila was incorporated as a town in 1912, but due to the increasing population and town's progress in economy and infrastructure, it became a city in 1960. According to the 2010 Census, 424,021 were counted as residents of the city and the 2020 estimate was 423,906. It is bordered by TBD in the north, TBD in the east, TBD in the west, and TBD in the south.

New Manila was founded by a Tondolese immigrant and farmer Angelo Go when his family and other migrants discover the area of the present-day Santo Niño neighborhood. Go and his family established a school, motel, Avignonese Catholic church, and hospital while other settlers established their own businesses. During the Great War, the population of the town is continued to increase due to the large influx of Tondolese, Chinese, and Mexican immigrants. It was incorporated into a city in 1960.

New Manila is a major hotspot for Tondolese immigration to Sierra. Ever since Tondolese media company Shouying Corporation established its Sierran arm, Shouying Productions International, in New Manila, the city emerged as an entertainment industry hub.

New Manila is divided into nine neighborhoods:

  • Binondo — It refers as the city's Chinatown and home of the Tondolese-Chinese community in the city. The neighborhood was named after the district of Manila, Tondo. Aside of Tondolese-Chinese people, there are also small number of Thai and Vietnamese people living in the neighborhood. The houses of the neighborhood are mostly inspired by Chinese architecture and there are many business establishments such as restaurants, convenience stores, small clothing shops, etc. There are also Buddhist and Taoist temples in the neighborhood. Shouying Productions International was established in the said neighborhood, and it is now based in the downtown of the city.
  • Downtown — Home of the Tondolese-Sierran companies and the center of commerce and industry of the city. There are many hotels and casinos in the downtown and New Manila Hotel and Casino is the most famous in the city. AC Megamall, one of the largest malls of the country is also located in the neighborhood. Evergreen Supermarket, one of the famous supermarkets in the country has a main office there. It has two large public squares (Guadalupe Square and Tondo Plaza), these two plazas are known as the venue of various outdoor concerts and events in the city. The Angelo Go Monument is the sole monument of the neighborhood and it was dedicated on June 12, 1972, marked as the 60th anniversary of the establishment of New Manila.
  • Dumanon — In Ilocano, the name dumanon means "come". It is a home of Ilocano, Ibanag, and Pangalatok community of the city.
  • Humali — It is a home of Bicolano community of the city.
  • Mabuhay — It is a home of Tagalog and Kapampangan community of the city. The famous Broadway Hotel and Restaurant is known of having the Sierran celebrities and public figures as the guest of the said hotel.
  • Paglaum — It is a home of Hiligaynon, Cebuano, and Waray community of the city.
  • Santo Niño — The original settlement of New Manila and the most religious neighbirhood in the city. The famous Santo Niño Church is located there and the Santo Niño de Sierra College of New Manila is located at the left side of the church.
  • Uptown — It is a center of government of the city and the city hall is located in the said neighborhood.Tondolese Art Museum is located in the left side of the city hall while the New Manila Public Library is located in the right side. It is known for its residential buildings that are inspired during the Tondolese colonial era. At the front of the art museum on Bohol Avenue is the Centrio Opera House where many famous opera singers from 1920's until 1930's performed. The Narra Square is the sole public square in the neighborhood, many political rallies and protests are held there.
  • Western Casitas — The smallest neighborhood and also the least populated neighborhood in the city. Most of its residence are the descendants of the migrants from Mexico and Central America. Restaurante Delicioso, the famous Mexican restaurant in the city is located there.
