Rio Blanco First (stylized as Rio Blanco FIRST!) was a party in Rio Blanco; it formed the Opposition bloc with the Conservatives. Its ideology was similar to that of the Conservatives, but with a more nationalistic tone and a strong opposition to immigration.
On 16 September 2016, the political party Rioblancoans for Hope merged to Rio Blanco First. 26 days later, John Tazell, President of the party, announced that Rio Blanco First would merge into the Conservatives on the first day of November. In this nineteen-day gap, members of Rio Blanco First wiere able to subscribe to the Conservative newsletter and become full-rights Conservative members. Those who did not wish to join the Conservatives would be able to either register as independent voters or join the Cobb Team.
Soon after the release, Andrew Cobb (Rio Blanco First representative from Cache County, SL) left the party and announced the formation of a temporary list: the Andrew Cobb Team, which would last until the next Representative election. Because of the temporary nature of the list, Cobb will be registered as an independent until 2020. Should Cobb maintain his list after the 2020 elections, it will then be regarded as a proper party and the legal successor to Rio Blanco First.
In the polls, the Rio Blanco First option was changed to Andrew Cobb Team.
