Roenland

Roenland is a cultural region in northeast Nuro, corresponding to lands inhabited by the Roens. Roenland covers the Hornland and the Otinian Peninsula, with its core in Kronia. Neighboring regions include Rudonia, Vinad, Hullin, and Safon.

History

In the Middle Ages, the Roens were active throughout the Ringsea and beyond. They were a seafaring people who engaged in both trading and raiding. Roenish adventurers were some of the most prolific Nurovan explorers prior to the Age of Exploration.
