The largest racial group in Pacífica has always been White Pacíficans (both of Hispanic and Non-Hispanic heritage), but despite this, Pacífica is considered one of the most diverse countries in the world. The second largest racial group in the country is Asian Pacíficans, with Pacífican Chinese and Filipino being the largest ethnic group. African Pacíficans and Native Americans follow Asian Pacíficans as the third and fourth largest racial group.

According to the Constitution of Pacífica, Pacíficans can freely practice any religion of their choosing and the government is banned from enforcing or favoring a certain religion. {{w|Christianity}} has been the most dominate religion in Pacífica, with over 79% of Pacíficans identifying as some sort of Christian. Currently, {{w|Roman Catholicism}} has been the dominate Christian sect, with 54% of Pacíficans claiming to be Catholic followed {{w|Evangelicalism|Evangelical Protestants}}, which make up 19% of Pacíficans while other Protestant sects make up around 5% of Pacíficans. 9% of Pacíficans follow other religions rather than Christianity, with the largest out of them being {{w|Buddhism}}. 10% of Pacíficans claim to be unaffiliated or irreligious.


The House of Deputies is comprised of 260 seats. Members of the House of Deputies are known as Deputies. Deputies are technically elected every national election, but some seats are elected based on state election laws. The House of Deputies debates and passes laws proposed by Deputies. If a bill passes in the House of Deputies, then it is sent to His Majesty's Senate, who also debate and vote on it.
Roman Catholicism, despite being the biggest religion in Pacífica, has slowly decreased since the 20th Century while Evangelical Protestantism has greatly increased since the 20th Century. Despite common trends in other modern places in the world, Atheism in Pacífica has decreased since the 20th Century, with younger Pacíficans, mainly Generation Z and younger Millennials becoming more Evangelical. According to a survey conducted by {{w|Universty of Southern California|the University of Southern Pacífica]], Evangelical Protestants will becoming the majority Christian sect and religion in Pacífica by 2050.
