Tag Padrais

Tag Padrais is the regional seat of the northern Doranthian region of Kristallen, the northern-most region in Doranthia, saring a border with the Republic of Meterley. Settled in CY2008, it was a small backwater trading post for many years before becoming the center of the lumber industry during the 23rd century. Swiftly growing in population and wealth, Tag Padrais became the regional seat of Kristallen in CY2330. In CY2367, Lord Daen Renalden, Baron of Padrais, was created the Count of Kristallen, with his noble seat in Tag Padrais at Castle Kristal. As the seat of a noble region, Tag Padrais grew in size and prosperity, becoming the economic and political center of the north. In CY2365, Father William Greene became the parish priest of the Tahllic Church in Tag Padrais, effectively becoming the most influential priest in Kristallen. Upon his departure in CY2382, Father Thomlin Renalden, nephew of the Count of Kristallen, became the parish priest.
