Earlier, the Russian government had announced its ambiguity in was deliberate, before noting that all three vaccine candidates were "absolutely reliabel and effective".

- The suspect from yesterday's mass shooting in Boulder, Brazoria, which resulted in ten deaths at a King Soopers supermarket is charged on ten counts of murder.
