Amari Dante Simons (born 31 October, 1995), known professionally as Yung Nevabroke is a Sierran rapper, singer, and songwriter from Riverside, Inland Empire. Simons is often cited as a pioneer of the lo–fi mumble rap genre in the mid-2010s, which began garnering mainstream attention and appeal from the media-sharing platform TuneBoard in 2014.

Simons first gained attraction following the release of his collaborative mixtape with Lil Coast, Savages in 2015, with major publications such as Sierra Media labeling the rappers as the "biggest underground act". Having signed previously with L.B.C. that year, he would go on to sign a four-album contract with Republic Records in July 2015. Simons would release his commercial mixtape, Waiting To Die, on 18 September 2015. The mixtape debuted at number 28 on the KS Sunset 100 and would later be certified Gold while the singles from the tape, "723's" and "Murder On My Mind", would be certified Gold and 2× Platinum respectively.

After serving a short time incarcerated due to gun possession, Simons would release his debut album, Through The Storm, on 12 August 2016. The album would debut at number 2 on the Sunset 100, with 3 of the 5 singles being Gold-certified or higher, including the Okonma East-assisted single, "Mixed Personalities", which would be certified 2× Platinum in Sierra and peak at number 4 on the singles chart. During this time, Simons would be involved with a rap feud involving Splash Godd, where he would release the diss track "Dead Trollz". Concurrent to the beef, on 3 January 2017, Simons would be arrested by federal agents prior to performing at a show for Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO) charges. While awaiting trial under federal imprisonment from 2017 to 2021, Simons would release his third mixtape Almost Time (2017), which debuted atop the charts and was certified Gold, and his second studio album Live At The Gates Of Hell on 23 March 2018, which was the rapper's second number-one commercial release, selling 108,000 album-equivalent copies and being certified Platinum while behind bars.

On 26 June 2020, Simons' team would release EP Collect Call. On 21 November 2021, Simons would be found not guilty on all charges of racketeering, being released from prison. Simons released his third studio album, Calling My Spirit, on 22 July 2022, selling 165,000 album-equivalent copies first week, being the rapper's third number-one album on the charts, and the rapper's highest-selling release. It would be his last record with Republic Records, with his fourth studio album, Until I Die, being released on 21 April 2023 under L.B.C. and Sontune Music Group. His fifth album, Back To Earth, was released on 5 January 2024, debuting at number three to become the rapper's fifth KS top-10 album, while his sixth album, Last Will & Testament, is scheduled to be released on 15 November.

On 31 October 2024, an arrest warrant would be issued for Simons for first-degree criminal sexual conduct in Laguna stemming from an incident in May 2023 while the rapper was on the Back in Season tour. He would be apprehended at Porciúncula International Airport on 4 November attempting to board a private jet to the Equatorial States and if convicted, faces up to 30 years in prison.
