Parliamentary elections took place on May 28, 2021, to elect 120 members to the newly formed Parliament of Bajaría. This was the first parliamentary election in Bajaría since its establishment in March 6 and paved the way for the creation of a new pernament government in Bajaría. The election was held to elect the first officeholder for the position of First Minister and was held alongside the concurrent federal elections to the K.S. House of Commons and new elections to the Senate as well. 61 seats must be won for a majority and the first session of parliament was sownr in on June 8.
Just like in the other constituent countries of the Deseret and Hawaii, the parties running in the Bajarian Parliament elections are autonomous political parties native to Bajaría only recieving endorsements and support from their respective federal political party counter-parts and will run their own candidates. Most of the contesting parties running in the election also ran candidates to the federal parliament.
The Conservative and Unionist Party under Carmen Silva-Reyes won the largest plurality in the election, winning 37.4% of the total popular vote and won a total of 45 seats. The Democratic Party won 22.6% of the vote and won 27 seats in total making them the largtest party within the official opposition. Reyes was elected First Minister and was sworn in on June 8 to begin her term. The Progressive Democratic Party won 18.8% of the popular vote and 23 seats in total and agreed to join the Democrats in a coalition in the opposition to oppose the Conservative Unionists while the latter agreed to form a coalition government with the Social Unionists and Libertarian Party.

Candidates will be elected to the Parliament of Bajaría via an open list proportional representation electoral system. Candidates will mostly be elected from single-member districts with voters having the say in each competing party's respective candidates for their coorisponding district.
