Connor James Westing (born January 1st, 1985) is a Superian politician who served as the TBD Speaker of the House of Delegates of the Kingdom of Superior from 2019 to 2022. He is a member of the Liberal Democratic Party. Westing is a member of the House of Delegates, representing the lower portions of Saint Anthony since 2015. He is a member of the Westing family and is a grandson of former President Allen Westing.

Born and raised in Saint Anthony, Minnesota, Westing would grow up in a well off environment. He is the eldest grandson of former Superian president Allen Westing and is a member of the politically influential Westing family. Westing would attend Callahan University in St. Cloud, which is apart of the prestigious Durum League, obtaining a degree in political administration. After serving as a campaign aide to Jennifer Granholm, Westing would enter politics, running for and being elected to a seat in the House of Delegates as a member of the Liberal Democratic Party. As a member of the House of Delegates, Westing would support socially progressive and liberal legislation. In 2019, after the resignation of Gustaf Inglehart, Westing would run and be elected as Speaker of the House of Delegates, becoming the youngest speaker of the house at the age of 34. He would serve in the position from 2019 to 2022, where he would be succeed by Jack Ryan following the 2022 federal election.

After the election, Westing himself was appointed Shadow Secretary of Foreign Affairs to the shadow cabinet of Quentin Bradshaw serving as the main foreign policy advisor to Bradshaw and the chief opposition spokesperson in regards to foreign policy. As Shadow Foreign Secretary, Westing is responsible for scrutinizing the policies of the Department of Foreign Affairs currently lead by Andrew Keyes and has been vocal in his opposition towards escalation with OMEAD member states.

Politically, Westing has identified as a social progressive and social liberal. On domestic policy, Westing is a staunch and vocal supporter of the LGBTQ+ community in Superior, and has pushed of LGBT inclusion and protection legislation in Parliament. He is also a supporter of abortion, though has been critical of abortions based solely on birth defects or possible mental illness, and is a supporter of the Monarchy of Superior, a contrast to his grandfather. On economic issues, Westing supports the continuation and further expansion of Superior's welfare programs and supports higher taxes for wealth Superians and Superian corporations. He supports the creation of a single payer healthcare system and supports greater regulations and restrictions on Superior's natural gas and energy industries, instead supporting green and renewable energy. On foreign policy, Westing is a staunch American unionist and supports the eventual unification of the Conference of American States. Westing is supportive of the normalization and establishment of relations with the United Commonwealth, and supports cutting off economic aid and political support to the Antilles.
