Flyover Alliance is world's fourth largest global airline alliance. It consists of 13 member airlines which specialize in providing low-cost flights (budget airlines). Founded in 2001, it is headquartered in Riverside, Inland Empire and has scheduled service to over 1,900 airports across 170 countries. The member airlines include: Air Ireland, Air Saigon, British Express, Cisplatine Airways, East African Airlines, Great Lakes Airlines, Eurosky, FlyFrance, Manilla Airlines, Northwest Airlines, West Indian Airlines, Westjet Sierra, and Zoomjet Oceania.
Flyover Alliance's 13 member airlines operate a fleet of approximately 2,830 aircraft and has a shared members rewards program known as the Flyover Pass. Its member airlines share airport terminals (known as co-locations) and the majority of the airlines' aircraft feature livery displaying the logo and brand name of the Flyover Alliance.
Management
The Flyover Alliance is administered by the Governing Board, which consists of the chief executives of each of the member airlines, as well as managing partners and officers appointed by the Governing Board, such as Flyover Alliance's chief executive officer. Members of the Governing Board convene regularly to coordinate shared marketing and business goals, as well as reviewing the financial health, strengths, and successes of the constituent members. The Governing Board is chaired by one of the members of the board, which rotates every financial quarter.
The alliance is headquartered in Riverside, Inland Empire, which also serves as the headquarters and central hub for the Flyover Alliance's founding member Westjet Sierra. Other Flyover Alliance member airlines have local offices in or near the Flyover Alliance headquarters in Riverside.

Livery
Since 2008, Flyover Alliance's member airlines have utilized a shared special livery on select aircraft. The first airlines to adopt the Flyover Alliance's livery was Westjet Sierra. The livery consists of various shades of blue on the fuselage and empennage which features the logo of the Flyover Alliance. Other aircraft which feature a given airline's standard livery feature the Flyover Alliance logo near the cockpit or near the second set of cabin doors. The Flyover Alliance member airlines are known to feature special, custom livery to promote corporate sponsors such as characters from the Nintendo Janshii Group (e.g. Robball and Marco) in 2018 during their partnership.
