High Rock (Bretic: Hiauroche), also known as Bretony (Bretic: Bretagne; Cyrodilic: Bretonia) is a peninsular region in northwest Tamriel, and one of the traditional provinces of the Empire. It is the homeland of the Bretons, a half-elven people.
