Isolda Menjivar Aragón (born September 8, 1986) is a lawyer, politician, and former beauty queen. She is currently served as Governor of Distrito Capital since 2014 and also the current party leader of the Christian Democratic Union Party since 2016 following the resignation of Raúl Gavidia in the same year. She previously served as member of Legislative Assembly representing Sonzacate together with Miguel Regalado. She was crowned as Miss Central America 2004 and Reinado de Centroamerica 2006 prior entering politics.

Born and raised in Sonzacate, Menjivar graduated from Sonsonate Federal University with a law degree. During her pageantry, she won as Miss Central America in 2004 to represent the country in Miss Universe of the same year but she unplaced. She competed in Reinado de Centroamerica in 2006 and she won to compete on Miss Earth where she finished in the top 16. Menjivar announced her retired from pageantry in 2007 as she focused on working as a public attorney. In 2008, she ran for the Legislative Assembly representing Sonzacate under the Christian Democratic Union Party. As a legislator, she enacted laws for freedom of religion, women's rights, and protection against child abuse. Menjivar resigned as legislator in 2014 to ran for Governor of Distrito Capital at the same year as she won via landslide victory.
