The lordion Kazok Zaxor (born Kiance Remulus LaVoie) is a major commander and later Great Hegemon of the Great Imperial Hegemony of Morbidia responsible for dismantling Morbidia's autocratic Mortimer regime and spearheading Morbidia's transition into a more democratic, politically free nation.
Born in 1942 as Kiance LaVoie, Kazok lived much of his early life as a rather typical Morbidian, pursuing a career in weapons development and testing; Kiance was noted to possess high intelligence, particularly in the fields of logical and strategic thinking. However, shortly after beginning his work for the Morbidian government, Kiance and his younger sister Halcyonea were falsely accused for participating in pro-democracy protests in 1997 and were sent to one of Morbidia’s forced labor camps. Though the two were eventually cleared of suspicion, Halcyonea died and Kiance sustained permanent physical scars before the Morbidian government realized their error.
The death of his younger sister and the scars the camp’s labor gave to him ironically caused Kiance to genuinely desire the death of Great Hegemon Ardosanodon Yersinaho Mortimer (and with it, the dismantling of the Morbidian autocratic regime) and develop pro-democracy beliefs. Donning the masked alias of Kazok Zaxor, he re-enrolled in the Morbidian Cosmic Navy with the aim of earning Ardosanodon’s trust in order to lull the Great Hegemon into a false sense of trust before his planned assassination. His plan initially progressed as planned; though Morbidian military recruiters initially viewed Kazok with suspicion due to his masked identity and past, they soon came to favor him due to his remarkable strategic and tactical skills. Kazok then quickly rose through the ranks of the Cosmic Navy, achieving the rank of Verden (Morbidian admiral) at some point in the 2020s.
Kazok’s plan, however, began to face obstacles in 2032, when Urlum Eudae Kerolon’s rebellion as the Archangel of the Ark of Destruction began greatly destabilizing the Uingffhian nations, Morbidia included. (TBA)
Early life
Much of Kazok’s early life is shrouded in mystery due to the loss of many Morbidian documents throughout the 12 Great Calamities and Kazok’s own reluctance to reveal much about his personal life. However, it is known that he was born on July 31, 1942 to Calares, Marrusa, and Arika LaVoie as Kiance Remulus LaVoie. He had only one sibling: his sister Halcyonea Somulus LaVoie, who was born on October 4, 1979. Though he was born on a medical facility on Balun Gate, a wormhole gate where his mother Arika worked, Kiance and Halcyonea were raised on their family's residence on the moon Saringffh. Kiance had a relatively normal and uneventful child for a Morbidian, though some peers say that he and Halcyonea were rather distant compared to most other Morbidian siblings.
In 1995, Kiance was accepted into Saringffh Hegemonic University and was slated to study weapons development there.
False arrest and death of Halcyonea
In 1997, the Morbidian secret police arrested Kiance and Halcyonea for their alleged involvement in pro-democracy terrorist activities in the Nathtayl System.
