The Red Line of the RTS Koiwai consists of 8 rapid transit stations from Winter Park to Federal Center. It travels from Alero County to the City of Koiwai, and Phase V will expand it to Nagato County and Randgriz County. This was the fifth line for which construction began and was completed on December 21, 2009. For the entirity of its route west of Takeda Downs station, it utilizes the Winter Park Rail Expressway, a series of high-speed express tracks shared with the Orange Line, the KARRS Setsuna Line, and the Ivalice National Railways Diamond Coast services.
