The Purple Line of the RTS Koiwai consists of 17 rapid transit stations from Summerfield to Grosvenor Square, entirely within the city of Koiwai. It connects the heavily commercialized districts on the lower west side of the city with the core to the north.
This was the last line for which construction began, and completed the Modified Approved Rapid Transit System for the Koiwai Metropolitan Area. It shares four stations with the Blue Line, and two with the Yellow Line.
