Roberto Juan Jimenez (born September 9, 1957) is a Superian lawyer serving as an Associate Judge of the High Court of Superior since 2021. Prior to his confirmation, he had previously served as an associate judge of the Minnesota Supreme Court from 2009 to 2021. He is the first Hispanic Superian to serve on the Minnesota Supreme Court, and is the second Hispanic Superian to serve on a state's judiciary.

Born and raised in New Hamburg, Lansing, Jimenez would attend the Durum League University of Augustus and later the Durum League Cumberland University, receiving a doctorate in law. Following his university graduation, Jimenez would work at the Saint Anthony Public Law Firm in Saint Anthony, becoming a defense attorney for felons. In 2009, following the death of Associate Judge Alicia Barnes, Jimenez would be nominated to a position on the Minnesota Supreme Court, being overwhelmingly confirmed the same year.

As a member of the Minnesota Supreme Court, Jimenez has identified as a member of the liberal bloc, becoming known throughout the state for his liberal stances on issues. In 2021, following the resignation of Robert Ludinfinger, President Jennifer Granholm would selected Jimenez to be his replacement, announcing his nomination on August 27th, 2021.

Jimenez's nomination process would begin in September and would last over a month being drawn out by investigations by the conservative opposition into possible ties to Courtgate and the alleged crimes by Granholm with none of the investigations every bringing any evidence of ties towards corruption or abuse of power. Jimenez would be appointed to the High Court on November 20 after the drawn out process.

Since assuming the position as associate judge, Jimenez has re-established an ideological liberal majority on the court and has been a major obstacle to the conservative government of Isaac Dillon since the start of his presidency in 2022. In October 2022, Jimenez oversaw Department of Education v. New Hanover where he ruled that the 1866 Initiative and its proposed educational curriculum was unconstitutional and blocked its enforcement nationwide. He also ruled in several cases that protected the legislation and policies of the Democratic Protection Initiative under Granholm, preventing any attempted repeals on grounds of violating the National Voting Rights Act of 1969.
