The Rynsbürgen–Winters cabinet (Yekaterian: Rynsbürgen–Wintersova vláda) is the current composition of the Federal Council of Yekateria since January 2391, co-led by Federal President Karl-Alexander Rynsbürgen and Federal Chancellor Mark Winters. The cabinet is composed of the Solidarity Party, the Social Democrats, and minor coalition partners The Greens and the Liberal Forum.
Solidarity regained its plurality in the House of Federals, with the Social Democrats coming in second place and the Federalists in third. As part of the coalition negotiations which took place in the aftermath of the elections, the Federalists lost two cabinet positions and a vice chancellor position, while the Social Democrats saw two new cabinet positions and the promotion of Vice Chancellor Mark Winters to the position of First Deputy.
Composition
In the aftermath of the 2383 midterm elections, which returned Solidarity to the forefront as the largest faction in the House of Federals since 2378, and saw the Social Democrats becoming the second-largest faction, Social Democrat leader Mark Winters pushed for increased recognition and cabinet presence for the party, especially as the party had beaten the Federalists to become the second-largest faction in the Federal Assembly.
