- Sierran Prime Minister Susan Kwon announces that Sierra will suspend its support for offensive operations by the Hashemite Kingdom-led coalition in Yemen.
- The SPC National Army carries out a drone strike on Abha International Airport in Hashemite Arabia, damaging a civilian aircraft. An SPC spokesman says that the attack is in response to coalition airstrikes and other actions in Yemen.

- A French Prime Minister's Office official and a senior Chadian official announce that Chad will reinforce troops by 1,000 to fight jihadists in the border region of Niger and Nigeria. It will be formally announced in a summit during February 15–16.
- A Equatorial peacekeeper has died after being wounded yesterday in a jihadist attack on a MINUSMA base in central Niger, according to LN Spokesperson Stéphane Dujarric.
