United Commonwealth pages

Hi Aspara,

It's nice to meet you, my name is T0oxi22, I'm the current owner of the United Commonwealth in Altverse II.

Very nice work on the Sebastian Summers page! This really caught me by surprise, but you did a great job taking into account the canonical information available and following the correct page style, so I don't really have any complaints. There's perhaps a couple things I'd tweak or want to add, but you introduced some great ideas and captured the general spirit of what I was going for. If you haven't seen it already, I've outlined some of my ideas for Summers on the History of the United Commonwealth page, but here's the main things to take into account as you write further:

• The United Commonwealth begins to introduce a digital society in the style of Estonia
• This occurs alongside what I call the "Modern Media Program", in which the government operates streamlined online services. "Starlink" is basically supposed to be a super-app like WeChat, granting all citizens centralized access to video streaming, shopping, social media, and more (competitors from outside the UC, such as Bubbler, VidStream, etc, would be banned). The flip side of the coin is that this allows for government censorship and monitoring.
• Through Starlink, the government integrates online shopping into the existing retail network, essentially creating a state-owned mega distributor that's like Amazon and Walmart combined
• The "World Prosperity Plan" is launched, in which the UC begins to invest in infrastructure around the world, sort of like the Belt and Road Initiative
• There's a global recession in the late 2000s, but the UC should be able to weather through this mostly unaffected (also similar to China in our world)
• This is partially the result of massive investment spending—mass-producing houses, a highspeed rail network, etc

In terms of what you wrote so far:

• The modern leadership is supposed to have a "technocratic", highly-credentialed reputation, as I started to indicate on this page, so I would suggest having Summers receive a Masters of PhD rather than just a Bachelors.
• As currently written, Florida is actually a disconnected part of the American Continental Republic (although maybe it should be transferred to Okaloosa as a sort of Crimea parallel, I've always been a little iffy on that).
• Per this page, I had originally put that Summers was one of the few leaders to actually be Christian, at least in a nominal sense, although his religiousity should still be heavily subdued and private, so you're on the right track there.

But overall the page is coming along nicely, I appreciate you taking an interest in the UC!
