Most current National leaders of the United Commonwealth and historical paramount leaders have received at least a college education, with many holding graduate level degrees. Although many of the early leaders of the nation were not college educated, many received education in post-revolution educational institutions, including party schools, technical institutes, and "revolutionary schools". In the modern day, the United Commonwealth is notable for its high concentration of technical degrees in leadership, leading some to label the nation technocratic. High ranking members of the Continentalist Party and the Council of People's Commissars are almost always expected to hold advanced research qualifications in their relevant field.
