Bibliea (Libertan English: /bɪb.leɪɑː/; Latin: [bɪ.blɪ.ɛa]), officially the Vicinity of Bibliea is a neighborhood situated in the east of Protopolis in Liberta. It borders four Protopolan neighborhoods, Rega, Nobea, Jurea, and Forea, along with two neighborhoods in Lyrestadea, Lea and Opons, as well as Risa in Piscepa. Bibliea is a part of and the seventh neighborhood in the oldest borough, Protopolis. It retains the seventh seat in the Senate.
The name Bibliea is likely derived from bibliothēca, Latin for "library." The origin of the name is unknown, though it is likely named after the National Library, which was constructed in Bibliea during the Naevan era. Archaeologists estimate Bibliea was founded around 36 BC, like much of Protopolis being part of Liberta's earliest landmass.
