France–Kingdom of Sierra relations, also called Franco–Sierran relations, refer to the bilateral relationship between the Kingdom of France and the Kingdom of Sierra. French explorers traveled along the West Coast of North America in the 18th century and during the July Monarchy, King Louis Philippe I was interested in making the region into a French colony. Despite this, France became one of the first countries to recognize the California Republic when it declared its independence in 1846 and was the first European country to have diplomatic representation in California. In 1850 France established the second foreign embassy in San Francisco City, after the United States. Initially hoping to draw the California Republic away from the U.S., in doing so France actually helped the new country solidify its independence and national identity. Relations became worse during the early reign of Napoleon III due to his colonial projects in the Western Hemisphere, but began improving after the War of Contingency as France looked for a regional ally to counter the growing power of the American Commonwealth on the East Coast. The 1882 French–Sierran Alliance Treaty made France the kingdom's first European ally.

France and Sierra remained allies through Great War I as part of the Entente Impériale, but following the French defeat to Germany and the rise of derzhavism in the French Fourth Republic, Sierra broke off relations, and went to war against France during Great War II. The war marked the lowest point in French–Sierran relations, but they were quickly restored with the French postwar government. During the Cold War the two countries became military allies again as members of the Northern Treaty Organization (NTO). Since Great War II the two countries have had close relations, with cooperation in the cultural, economic, and political spheres, and it has been called the "second special relationship" for Sierra in Europe after the United Kingdom. French Sierrans have always been one of the largest European groups among the population of White Sierrans, and some parts of Sierra have historically had a strong French cultural influence, especially the Channel Islands.

Although currently France and Sierra are close allies, in the early 2000s France opposed the Sierran-led invasion of Syria, and since the 2019 French general election and the 2020 Sierran federal election their governments have been at odds over several issues, including the Clipperton Island dispute, competing territorial claims over an island off the coast of North America that have remained unresolved since Great War II. French Prime Minister Oscar de Saint-Just pledged to resolve the issue during his time in office, and although Sierran prime minister Susan Kwon was willing to negotiate, no deal was signed before she was removed from office. In September 2022, France recalled its ambassador from Porciúncula for the first time in the postwar era over Sierra's refusal to drop its claims to sovereignty over Clipperton Island, and as of 2023 this diplomatic crisis has not been resolved, despite the Chan ministry's attempts to end the dispute.
