Porciúncula County is the most populous county in the Kingdom of Sierra, with an estimated population of 6,393,021 in 2022. It is located in central Gold Coast and is the anchor of the Southwest Corridor, one of the largest metropolitan areas in North America. It is home to more than half of the Gold Coast's population and is one of the most ethnically diverse counties in the Kingdom of Sierra.

Since a city-county merger in 1996, the county's territory, population, and government have been coextensive with the city of Porciúncula, which also serves as county seat. Although the city and county merged, 39 incorporated cities maintain their own municipal governments separate from the county government. The parts of the county which remain unincorporated or are not part of an incorporated city are included in the balance.
