The Treaty of San Diego is a peace treaty between the nation of United States of JBR and the widely unrecognized country of the JBRican Soviet Socialist Republic. With the defeat of the Vales Administration, the JSSR believed it should end the JBRican Civil War and win power over voting instead of hostile attacking.

The Treaty of San Diego is named after the place of where it was signed; San Diego, Diego Commonwealth, United States of JBR. It was signed and ratified on April 24, 2011. It marked the end of the JBRican Civil War but did not with the larger conflict, the Jihad War of the United States of JBR.

Preamble

The United States of JBR and the JBRican Soviet Socialist Republic have both realized the strong needs to end the calamities that exist between the two entities. The two republics have set forth plenipotentiaries to negotiate in order to create peace. The President of the United States of JBR appointed Smith Hansen, citizen of the JBRican States and the Premier of the JBRican Soviet Socialist Republic appointed Edgar Williams, party member of the Republic's People's Democratic Party, who, after a reciprocal communication of their respective full powers, have, the author of peace, arranged, agreed upon, and signed the following: Treaty of Peace, Merge, Limits, and Settlement between the United States of JBR and the JBRican Soviet Socialist Republic.

Article I

There shall be firm and universal peace between the United States of JBR and the JBRican Soviet Socialist Republic, and between their respective territories, cities, towns, and people, without exception of places or persons.

Article II

Immediately upon the signature of this treaty, the JBRican Soviet Socialist Republic shall agree to dissolve and submit to JBRican sovereignty. All territories of the Republic will return to the United States of JBR and citizens of the Republic will receive enjoyment of the full rights, privileges, advantages, and benefits of given by the Constitution of the United States of JBR. The United States of JBR agrees to set up a political party reserved for the Republic and made so according to the Republic's ideals and preference. The Republic understands that upon the signature of this treaty, its citizens will be under jurisdiction of the laws of the United States of JBR and Diego Commonwealth.

Article III

The JBRican Soviet Socialist Republic agrees to give all personnel, equipment, vessels, and other militaristic properties to the United States of JBR with the exception of private property.

Article IV

This treaty shall be ratified by the President of the United States of JBR, by and with the advice and consent of the Congress thereof; and by the Premier of the JBRican Soviet Socialist Republic, with the previous approbation of its general assembly; and the ratifications shall be exchanged in the City of JBR City, or at the seat of Government of the JBRican Soviet Socialist Republic, in four months from the date of the signature hereof, or sooner if practicable. In faith whereof we, the respective Plenipotentiaries, have signed this treaty of peace, friendship, limits, and settlement, and have hereunto affixed our seals respectively. Done in quintuplicate, at the city of San Diego, on the twenty-fourth day of April, in the Common Era of two-thousand eleven.
