The Worker's Advancement Party (WAP) is a political party in the United States of JBR, with positions and an ideology based on the basis and principles of promcapablicism and the Introduction to Promcapablicism and its Explanation. The party was founded by Justin Vuong, the current and first President of the United States of JBR.

The Worker's Advancement Party currently holds about 1100 seats in the United States of JBR Congress and about 67% of the government are affiliated with the party. The Worker's Advancement Party is the first established party in the country and aims to secure promcapablicism in the government. An off-shoot, the Reformed Worker's Advancement Party, was originally part of WAP but left after disagreements with some central ideas of promcapablicism.

The Worker's Advancement Party is the largest political party in the United States of JBR, by members, endowment and current seats in the national government. The party favors fast progression, and tends to be liberally centrist fiscally, and moderately conservative socially. Its positions are the current key basis of the current government of the United States of JBR. It is a member of the International Promcapablic Association and served as the de jure governing body for other promcapablic parties or groups.
