The New Manhattan Project Siege is the second major conflict in the JBRican Civil War that took place on April 12, 2011 and lasted for 9 hours. The Vuong loyalists received intelligence that the Vales Administration--the government that took over the United States of JBR (that was under the Vuong Administration prior) five days earlier--created, possessed, and was intending to use a highly-destructive bomb on the nation of Bobogoobo, one of JBR's allies under the Vuong Administration.

The Vales Administration ordered a special operations force known as the Special Operations of Amazing Protocols of Everlasting Death or SOAPED to carry out the bomb in secret with guidance from the army of JBR. The troops began going east in armored vehicles in morning around 1:00 AM (in Pacific Standard Time) towards Bobogoobo along Interstate 8. Because the Vuong Loyalists were heavily monitoring the skies on radar, the Vales Administration denied the fleet's intents on using aircraft the detonate the bomb in Bobogoobo. By 4 AM, the troops entered into the nation of the Deltoran Republic unsuspected. During their time in the Deltoran Republic, the troops raided and destroyed various wildlife of the Republic. The Vuong loyalists quickly learned of the troop's progress in the journey and used captured aircraft to counter SOAPED. To avoid radar from the Vales Administration, the Vuong loyalists traveled north passed JBRican borders by vehicle and traveled over uncontrolled territory by aircradt before making their way to the Deltoran Republic.

The first gunshot fired was at 6:51 AM by Vuong loyalists and SOAPED began firing back. The loyalists had a large advantage over SOAPED because of the planes' speed and bullet resistance and within an hour of fighting, SOAPED's main commander, Holland and Anderson, surrendered. Because they failed, they agreed to have the loyalists deactivate the New Manhattan Project Bomb and officially declared siding with the loyalists.

The Vales Administration quickly learned about the battle and labeled the commanders as traitors and vowed death upon the two. The loyalists captured 7,832 enemy soldiers in the end while the rest agreed to join the loyalists or abandoned the battlefield.
