Entourage mission

Rok discusses with the group, acknowledging the fact that Nasoj will be off adventuring on a side quest. The party decides to meet up with the silvers waiting for them. Among the group appears to be a child who appears to be iron-ranked, much like themselves. They all have name tags and it only has "Hello My Name Is...". They all appear to be casual adventurers. Jed as "Mothman" is directed to sit next to Jeremy to lead the reins on the wagon. Rok and Johnny are to accompany entourage on foot, by the wagon. There are four silvers, the three party members, and an iron who appears to be a child. Jeremy excuses one of the other irons. Jeremy tells one of them to babysit the iron-ranked child, and Rok glances at the child, who appears to be a 12-year old. The child, who appears nervous, says sheepishly that he is the "Deer Injurer" and says his father has passed away. He says he has to help pay the rent as his father had recently died. He says he needs the money, despite the fact he is pledged to only attack deer. Rok and Johnny tell Deer Injurer that they had witnessed the glory that was the Deerslayer. Deer Injurer explains he has from a lineage of proud deer hunters, such as his grandfather, the Deer Annihilator. He whips out a stick, the Deer Whacker. Rok and Johnny talk to themselves, feeling skeptical that Deer Injurer will be of good use. They start their journey, with the rations provided for. During the first night, Rok and Johnny talk among themselves, and he later walks up to one of the other entourage members. He approaches Maryanne. He asks if she has seen anyone similar to his kind. She tells him she has not see many dwarves. Rok is confused as he never heard of dwarves. He is confused and is unaware of the word "dwarf" or their characteristics. She explains it is the politically correct term for his kind. He is in disbelief, believing he is a human, while everyone else are giants. She says that he is actually just short and indeed a dwarf, "closer to the earth" in other words. Rok gains a better understanding what it means to be a dwarf.

The rest of the day passes without anything of note. The adventurers mostly keep to themselves conversationally. For dinner, they set up a campfire. The party members sit down for dinner with Jeremy and the Deer Injurer. Jeremy says there are several cities including Windward and Galestone. Rok inquires about the foreign relations of the Land of the Wind with the other lands. Jeremy says the relationship with the Fire Nation is more complicated. The Land of the Wind borders the lands of Water and Earth. If one is to move west, one will make it to the Earth Kingdom. The Land of Wind tends to rule more relaxed, aside from occasional, commanding local commanders. The Water Kingdom is quite tribal and is separated in different islands, which each operate semi-autonomous. They hold a festival each year, celebrating a warrior culture. The Earth Kingdom is fairly distant and seldom interacts with the Land of the Wind. The Land of Wood is not well-known and is hard to describe, and a place of nothing to note. Refugees from there have not been seen for ages. Their best bet to learn more would be a library in Galestone.

Jed makes a mean possum stew but fails to make moonshine for them, or "booze". Maryanne asks them if they associate with Girthak, who is sitting alone away from them. The group denies any association with him. Maryanne explains that she is a healer and made a pledge with her church. Rok sneaks over to observe one of the other adventurers' circles who are drinking a strange drink. Jet whispers "we'll do it tomorrow" before they notice Rok. Rok asks if they know about "booze". Rok says he is looking for someone who can outdrink in booze. Rok asks for their names again: Jet and Jimbo. "Sky Dragon curse you," Rok says, which is a compliment, since "dwarves" hate sky dragons.

Rok asks how long Maryanne has been with Jet and Jimbo. She says about two to four years. They were once part of a larger party, but most of the party died in a rockslide. She admits she never actually saw how those party members died, and only took Jet and Jimbo's word about their fate. Rok openly admits that he overheard Jet and Jimbo acting suspicious, and inquires more deeply about Maryanne's relationship and history with the duo.

Jet and Jimbo walk over to the group. Jimbo remains silent, while Jet says he would be happy to offer them drinks. Jimbo pours out three cups for each of them. Rok drinks up the entire cup, while Jed drinks a few sips. Johnny remains skeptical, believing it was poison. Both Rok and Johnny appear to be unaffected during the night. They agree to keep watch for the night to see if anything happens. Jed spends most of the day with painful bowel movements and wakes up the next day exhausted. Rok also has a similar fate.

Betrayal at the canyon

Jeremy saddles up and Jed joins him, but still feels exhausted. The party presses forward, into the mouth of a canyon. Jeremy says that they should be aware of landslides and bandits. The canyon walls are not too high, but seems to be about 20-30 feet high. As they continue through the canyon, they remain vigilant about the threat of landslides. Jed makes a conversation with Jeremy when suddenly, a large rockslide occurs right in front of them and impedes their movement. Jet steps forward and suggests if Maryanne and Johnny checks the wall, while the rest of party takes hold and helps clear the rocks. Jed, prepared to cast earth tremor, notices that the rocks appear to not have fallen naturally. Rok, recalling his dwarven stonework tradition, is able to discern that the rocks were cut and believes they were cut by a serrated blade. They appear to match the blade of Jet's. The group begins to grow suspicious of Jet and Jimbo, and Maryanne notices how the rope attached by the rock is similar to Jet's blade. Jeremy steps off the carriage, hearing the commotion, and asks what is going on. Johnny convinces Maryanne about the suspicious acts of Jet and Jimbo. Maryanne confronts them, asking what has been going on, as she connects the dots. Suddenly, Johnny and Jet whip out their weapons.

Rok attempts to shoot a ray of frost at Jet and hits him. Jet, angered, takes out his melee weapon and charges at Rok. Rok shoots up a shield and blocks the first hit, before Jet lands another hit, and harms Rok. Jimbo looks in the back and aims straight for Jed, but misses. Jed throws a thunderwave towards the two, and both Jet and Jimbo are blown back. Jimbo lies prone, winded from the attack. Johnny casts spells on the duo and lands the hit.

Maryanne, still processing what is happening, is still in disbelief. She heals Rok, Jed, and Johnny, after heeding Johnny's words. Rok casts another ice spell towards Jimbo, and keeps him prone. Jet on the other hand, is quite angered and screams. He grabs his sword and throws it at Jed, and narrowly misses the first one. He throws a second one and it lands. Jet then throws another bow at Rok but misses. Jed fires back and lands one bow. Johnny casts more spells towards Jet and Jimbo. He lands ice magic on Jimbo and he dies from the onslaught.

Maryanne, seeing Jimbo dying, lunges towards Jet and misses her blade. Rok then aims to Jet and bonks him. Jet chugs a potion and heartbroken about Jimbo dying, sweeps his sword towards Rok and misses. He misses yet another hit, and enraged, he then lands a hit, fully enraged and frustrated by his misses. Jed, seeing Jet going ballistic, becomes fully zen and is able to shoot two arrows on Jet's forehead. The first hit is a perfect shot, which does not kill Jet immediately, as his eyes bulge in rage, but the second shot puts him out for good. Johnny thaws the ice around Jimbo and Jimbo regains consciousness. Johnny offers to spare Jimbo and interrogates him. Jimbo says he and Jet were working for no one directly. They take out a commission paper from Jet's pocket. It is a commission to kill the noble in the carriage. Jimbo explains that there were two guilds: the Adventurers' Guild and a guild takes an inverse commission from the Adventurers' Guild. Jimbo explains that he was to be paid a commission of 100 gold pieces. He says that both of these two sides are part of the same guild. They decide to spare Jimbo's life as long as he confesses everything to the nobles about the assassination attempt. Rok offers to vouch for Jimbo's life before the nobles. They loot Jet's sword and stow it away. They read further in the commission for instructions on how to join a guild. They are unable to find any gold or anything else of note. They destroy Jet's corpse and they take Jimbo away.

Aftermath of the betrayal

Jeremy then explains to the noble what has been happening during the entire ordeal. They then continue their way to clear up the rocks. After the rocks clear, they are able to get pass the cavern and are able to arrive to the closest village, with a nice villa, decorated with butterflies. Jed realizes they are not butterflies but moths. Jeremy introduces the party to the locals. A butler then comes out and looks at them inquisitively. He asks for each of their names. As soon as Jed says "Mothman", the noble inside the carriage steps out. She introduces herself as Juvie Mothman. Jed convinces Juvie that he is her cousin who was kidnapped. She touches him and feels her feathers and is in disbelief, as she changes into the form of an Aarakocra. She lets them all in, clearly happy to see her "cousin" again. She tells Thaddeus to get rid of Jimbo, after they tell Jimbo is a criminal. They go in and see family pictures, which includes an egg. They are all convinced it really is a picture of Jed. He plays a tune for them, as it is said that the Aarakocra are musically attuned. Juvie tells Jed that he should meet his sister, who he can marry, as this is the tradition of Aarakocran nobility. Jed feels right at home. She pulls out two feathers and gives it to Jed. She then lets them take quarters in her villa, and sleep in nests. Before Rok falls asleep, he notices a streak of white light in the mountains from his window view, which arc over the skies. Jed decides to take a look at the family pictures and read up through the Mothman family history. They then rest. Rok sleeps in the nude.

First thing in the morning, Juvie knocks on the door and wakes them up. She says she can send them to Breezehome a quick and efficient way. Maryanne still appears rattled from yesterday's events. She tells the party that she will take a break from adventuring for a while. She respectfully declines Rok's offer to her to join the party on a temporary basis. Juvie then huddles the party members together and then sends them attuned hearthstones to Breezehome, which can be used once a week.

Back in Breezehome

They then are sent to Breezehome, alongside Deer Injurer and Maryanne. They then decide to turn in their commission at the guild. They part ways with Deer Injurer, who thanks them for the experience. Maryanne accompanies Deer Injurer, offering to take in an orphan for the church. The party member then barges into the guild hall. The secretary is surprised and says the commission has already been claimed. She says it was claimed by Girthak. She does note that they were also included in Girthak's party so they will get their requisition rewards. They also tell her that they took out the two other silver ranks: Jimbo and Jet, were traitors. Based on these circumstances, they each receive 20 gold and promoted to bronze rank. Girthak is also promoted to silver plus rank. They ask where Girthak is. She points them to where Girthak is, telling wild stories. She says as bronze ranks, they have now access to more towns. Rok asks for her name, and it is "Katherine" with a K.

They decide to ignore Girthak's antics, who is boasting his version of the battle which transpired. They decide to goad him and play into his tall tales, who claims he took on Jimbo and Johnny on his own. Girthak, pleased, slides in 10 pieces of gold to each of the members, thanking them for letting him take the credit. Rok continues to gas Girthak up.

The next morning, they go to general store and browse for items for their next journey. One of the shopkeepers offers loot boxes, akin to a gacha system. They win some oil and potions. Johnny wins a one-time use scroll which is a scroll of fireball. Before they head out, they notice two streaks of light in the sky. Having had glanced on a map, Jed notices is shooting from the direction of the capital. They ask one of the civilians for what is going on. The civilian says the queen is hunting. For the rest of the day, they continue to see additional streaks in the sky, shooting from the same direction.

As they pass the gates of the town, Agatha, Maryanne, and Deer Injurer bid farewell to the party members. Deer Injurer lets the party know that Nosaj has been doing well hunting and hopes to rejoin the party soon. Maryanne casts bless on the party.

As they venture out of the town, they talk among themselves, when they suddenly get a piercing headache. Jed goes completely blind. Rok has visions and sees his field of vision morph into a less formed, distorted manner. He sees only vague silhouettes. Johnny sees the same. After that painful moment, their vision is restored and the headache goes away.

They later see one guy along the road who is holding a sign that reads "Will fight for 15 gold". He takes notice of them and asks if they want to fight. He says they can only do 1-on-1 fights. He is a silver rank. Whoever loses, pays 15 gold to the victor. The man looks as strong as Jet was. At first Jed prepares to take up the offer, offering the double the wager, but he is short of 30 gold. They decide to ignore him and they continue their way.

Pit fights

Later into the night, they arrive at the next town, Windward, and enter the town's guild hall. They show their ranks as bronze. The guild secretary asks them if they are going to the pit fights going on. He tells them if they are able to defeat someone ranked higher than them, they can instantly promoted to that rank. People can bet on the fights and the highest ranks fighting are mostly silvers and one gold. They ask if these are fights to the death or until knockout. Each match is individually set and determined mutually by the parties. The secretary says this is a great way to quickly rise in ranks. The party decides to go forward and observe the fights.

They visit a blacksmith and Johnny asks where he could buy a shield. Johnny gets a wooden shield. He says that every week, there is always an iron rank who tries to fight a gold rank, but it always ends poorly. Rok speaks to the blacksmith, who happens to be a dwarf, and they speak dwarf-to-dwarf, but the blacksmith feels like Rok is trying to scam him. Rok tries to haggle but fails. The blacksmith says he is interested in obtaining more ores to enhance his wares. He says that this can count as a commission. He lets them borrow a pickaxe and to take the commission to "Ore'zham". They decide to go to the pits first.

Once they arrive to the pits, they see badly bruised people lying on the ground, beaten to a pulp. They see a rowdy crowd making bets on the fighters. They see an iron-rank fighter trying to challenge the gold fighter. The moment the iron fighter tries to pull his sword out, he is immediately taken out by the gold orc, who instantly knocks him out.

The announcer asks if anyone wants to fight on Gromgar. Rok decides to take up and says that even if he dies, this death is to be celebrated, as it is part of his culture. Rok enters the ring and Gromgar, who is undefeated, basks in the glory of the cheering crowds. Gromgar remarks that Rok looks small and admires him for taking up the fight.

Gromgar immediately takes a swing, acknowledging that Rok is a true warrior, and lands one blow on Rok. He tries to parry Gromgar but fails. Gromgar charges him but punches so hard and trips, and Rok is able to land a bludgeoning bonk on Gromgar. Rok then shoots a ray of frost at Gromgar and is able to slow down Gromgar. Rok then throws out one of his water bottles and douses Gromgar. Gromgar, now covered in water, spits out water, and tries to punch Rok but misses. He goes for another throw and is able to land it. Rok changes the water into ice and tries to freeze Gromgar. Gromgar is able to break free from the ice and punches Rok. Johnny tries to stealthily cast a spell on Gromgar to interfere, seeing Rok getting badly beaten, with his teeth getting knocked out. Rok notices Gromgar is momentarily distracted from Johnny's spell, and takes an attack of opportunity, and whacks his staff on Gromgar. Gromgar acknowledges Rok as a fellow warrior and tries to punch him again. Jed casts a stealthy healing word on Rok, whose nose was just broken by Gromgar's punch. Rok applies more icy damage on Gromgar and Gromgar appears heavily winded, but remains confident he can continue fighting Rok. He misses his punches completely and Rok shoots another ray of frost. Gromgar then pulls out his weapon and swings it at Rok. Rok is knocked out completely on the first swing, and Rok collapses to the ground. Gromgar, winded, breathes heavily and smashes a health potion on Rok. Gromgar says that Rok was stronger than he thought and grabs Rok by the hand and acknowledges him as a fighter who has fought well, and gains his respect. He says he should travel the Land of the Water who fight similar to him. Gromgar walks off taking his earnings.

The party then heads to the adventurer's guild and sees a secretary who looks remarkably similar to Katherine. It is the very same Katherine from the other town. They decide to enter in their commission for the blacksmith to go mining. She recommends they take a long rest and head out on first light. Behind in the queue is Gromgar, who is also seeking to take a commission. Gromgar is impressed that Rok, as a bronze, was able to fight the way he did. They nod at one another while Rok stumbles upstairs into a room to sleep. Due to Jed's connections with Juvie, they get their rooms upgraded. Johnny, as he goes to bed, he sees himself as someone else, in a different room, sitting on a throne, whose designs appear faintly familiar. From the perspective of looking down at someone, he sees William the Younger and William the Elder sitting handcuffed. A third person sits with them, also handcuffed. He hears an internal voice which says "Alright, you know the terms of the deal. We'll spare your son and grandson if you find those people". The third person matches the bounty for William the Elder and he says he will find the people in the Land of the Wind as part of the deal

Mining commission

The next day, the party heads towards the abandoned mines, near a small mining town about an hour's walk away. Using their map, they find their way to the mine. At the entrance of the mine, they see it is boarded up and minecarts. Johnny casts his dancing lights around his party members so they can see. They both hop into carts and make their way down the rail. As they look left and right, they saw various cave spiders. They even ran over some along the way. As they zoom through, they see a point in the cave which enlarges and the rail breaks off. Rok attempts to apply ray of frost on the rail, and Jed applies feather fall on his party. Johnny is oblivious to what is going on. As the cart falls from them, they float down slowly. Johnny aims his dancing light on the pit below but cannot observe anything. Once they reach to the bottom of the pit, they try to look for ores or paths. They see one and go forward on one of them. Jed applies Longstrider and they all walk faster. As they continue through the mineshafts, they notice the support beams disappear but the cave continues to hold itself. Rok tries to apply an ice stalagmite to indicate their position but the cave rumbles. Jed plucks a feather every 20 feet to leave a path. Further down the path, they notice the dirt walls appear to be stone at some point. Johnny notices the walls appears to be man-made. Rok confirms that the structure is indeed manmade. They decide to chisel through the stone wall and nothing happens. They are able to break through and are able to crawl through the hole. Johnny sends his lights in and detects nothing. They spelunk their way through and notice the new chamber looks similar to the chamber they saw at the Fire Kingdom's castle. Johnny brings up his dream from last night about William the Elder. They notice the same symbols from the circles at the castle. However, unlike last time, the symbols do not glow, aside from a symbol for the healer, which pulsates. Jed observes that whenever the symbol pulsates, its edges slightly fills up. They believe this symbol belongs to the fated fifth member of their party. Rok etches together a map to tell the fifth member where to go after they are spawned in.

As they talk, they hear the sound of a loud person, minding their own business, in a chamber near them. Johnny calls out, asking who it is. Johnny senses this person trying to restrain him but is able to resist it. The person then comes out, asking who Johnny is. The man inquires what his state of business is and if he observed anything in the other chamber. The man asks if Johnny noticed the glowing runes and symbols. Johnny tries to deny knowing these symbols, but the man is able to tell that he is an Onworlder, and Johnny relents, admitting that he and his party have only been in this world for three days. The man assures him that he is not an enemy, and is surprised to hear that they have survived for so long, having come from the Fire Kingdom.

The man introduces himself as Adam Stroadbridge, and says he is the eldest son of the Queen of the Wind. He says that the queen was informed from the Fire Kingdom that they were looking for fugitive Onworlders. The crown prince explains that he was sent to go investigate the whereabouts of the Onworlders and assures them that he will not reveal their secret or cause them harm. He says there may be a time when they are prepared to meet his family. He asks where they came from. He advises them to ask for him at the tavern, once they arrive to Galewind, and have proven themselves. Rok asks about the crown prince's mother, the Queen, and he admits he does not know much, but says she used to be cruel and evil, before he was born. She has since changed her tune. He says the Queen remains incredibly strong and he can do no harm on her, even if he wanted to. Johnny asks what his intentions are with them, and why he has not chosen to harm them. The crown prince says he intends to use them as a defensive measure against the Fire Kingdom. They explain more of their backstory, and also of their awareness that William the Elder is after them. The crown prince says the Elder is a renowned assassin who is good at tracking people, but because of their aliases, they made be harder to find. The crown prince says they must continue cultivating their potential before they are ready. The crown prince warns them that now he knows how they look like, his mother's eyes are able to discern through anything, as long as she knows what to look for. They mention they were looking for silver, which the crown prince tells them that there should be plenty. He tells them he will continue waiting in the cave, for the fifth member, while they continue their way mining.

Rok goes mining and licks one of the rocks, who notices the rock is coated with some liquid. He is confused but is able to confirm that it is silver. They then hearing more rumbling as Rok continues mining for more. They crack the silver open but then they hear more intense rumbling. Near the mouth of the cave, someone approaches them. It is a mechanical drill. Four dwarves come out of the drill and wonders why they are going after their silver. They demand to know who sent them. It is Ore'zham. The dwarves say that Ore'zham abandoned them and spit when they hear that Rok is a hill dwarf. They say they should leave their metal alone and say if they disturb the metal, something worse will happen.

The dwarves say that Ore'zham left for the surface and did not like other dwarves. They accuse him of being a villainous traitor. They say if they leave the silver alone, they can join the drill and be able to see what it is like to live as a true dwarvenkind society. The party grows skeptical about the dwarves' story. They warn them about the "Big One", a giant worm. The dwarves remain insistent that the silver stays with them. Johnny then casts his fireball spell on them. Three of the dwarves instantly disintegrates while one of them manages to remain unscathed. The main one who spoke for the dwarves, is shocked, terrified. Johnny casts an illusory spell for another fireball and threatens to cast another. Rok demands the dwarf to take them to their land, while Jed can go mine. The main dwarf says his name is Zam'ore. The other dwarf sprints away out of fear. Rok hops into the drill and the party navigates through, mining for more silver. They then resurface after they completed their mining. Once they reach the surface, the drill autopilots back down the mine.

Once they return to Windward, Rok tells Ore'zham that they met Zam'ore, and how they heard that Ore'zham was upcharging other dwarves. Ore'zham is curious how they met Zam'ore and then asks for their silver. He gives them 30 pieces of gold each and forges armor and equipment for them. He forges a shield for Johnny. Jed's bow tips and quiver are infused with silver, and are able to be used to silence a target once per long rest. Ore'zham apologizes for his rudeness from earlier and acknowledges that they are kind people. He warns them that since they did not kill Zham'ore, he will be back.

Later that night, they head off to the pits again, with Johnny signing up for the fight. His opponent is Luckman. Jed overhears someone saying that Luckman only chose that name to intimidate people. Luckman is a man who throws deck of cards and die, but they are all clearly loaded.

They face each other off. Luckman bows gallantly and shows off his showmanship to the crowd. He pulls out his crossbows and aims for Johnny. He misses both and he shrugs it off. Johnny casts fire bolt at Luckman and hits both. He then quickens his spell and casts scorching ray, hitting two of three blows.

Luckman's showboating ends as he chucks his crossbows and takes out his real archbow. He tries to land a hit but Johnny casts a shield and blocks the arrow. Luckman gets angered as Johnny shoots more scorching rays and lands two more hits. Luckman shrugs it off again, despite spitting out a piece of flame, and shoots another bow as he looks away. He is able to land two hits on Johnny. After these two hits, Johnny responds back and knocks Luckman out.

The announcer is shocked to see Luckman has lost and then asks for Johnny's name, who responds "Ralph". The party members collect their winnings and Johnny gets promoted to silver rank.

They decide to return to the stage and watch Gromgar fights three silvers. Gromgar sees Rok and acknowledges him. The three silvers are frightened, panicking that they are fighting Gromgar, believing that they were going to fight Johnny. Gromgar throws down his weapons and pummels the three. Jed and Johnny notice that two people to the left in hoods who are chanting under their breath. Johnny pretends to trip onto him, and takes down his hood, who turns out to be a mole-dwarf. Immediately after, they feel rumbling and the dwarf stops the spell. Suddenly, an arc forms around the fight and many drills pop up around the town. Zham'ore pops and says he has come back and made good his promise that he is ready to take out the strongest fighter in the party. The spellcasters hold the arc over them while the giant dwarves inside are ready to take on Gromgar.

One of the dwarves charges towards Rok with a mace. Another dwarf tries to take a swing on Johnny and shoots a shocking grasp at him. He then hides behind Jed and Rok. Zham'ore then casts a spell which shoots out arcane missiles towards each of the party members. Jed shoots a thunderwave against the wall to the giant dwarves standing before them. One of the giant dwarves attempts to hit Rok but fails. Johnny attacks the dwarves and hits them. Zham'ore then casts an arc of scorching rays at each of the three, but is only able to hit Rok. Rok is able to land a blow on one of the spellcasters. Jed shoots his crossbow at another spellcaster. Both Rok and Jed are able to break the spellcaster's concentration. The spellcasters who have broken their concentration are enraged and are ready to fight. Johnny misty steps towards the remaining concentrated spellcaster and attacks him. The dwarves continue to miss their hits and Zham'ore, enraged at his underling's incompetence, shoots three rays towards Jed and hits him. Jed takes out one of the two dwarves still remaining in front of him and Johnny takes out the second one. Zham'ore in utter disbelief, shoots another arc of scorching ray. He lands one perfect shot at Rok and suddenly the flame fizzles away. Slowly, each of the underling dwarves gets picked off as the scene grows increasingly desperate and pathetic. Zham'ore is enraged and after being taunted by Rok, butts him with his staff but misses completely. Jed plays out his banjo and casts bardic inspiration and inspires Rok. One of the spellcasters attempts to cast a spell but it blows up on him and he dies. Zham'ore, completely humiliated, disengages, books it, and tries to run back to one of the mole machine and escape. Rok misty-steps ahead of Zham'ore, sends the mole machine away, and lands the final blows against Zham'ore. Rok swings and decapitates Zham'ore's head as the ice knife congeals the spilled blood and dies. As soon as the chaos ends, a bevy of silver and iron adventurers come to help but are in awe what has happened. Gromgar jumps out of the pit and says that the fight was a valiant fight and says he wished he could have joined them.
