Alba (Libertan English: /ælbʌ/, AL-buh; Latin: [aːɫba]), officially the Quarter of Alba is a neighborhood situated in northernmost Oriens in Liberta. It is bordered by two Romean neighborhoods, Partona, and Soulea, two Oriensan neighborhoods, Divitae and Almeda, and three Orian neighborhoods, Greenacre, Ruddeye, and Mellton. Alba is the third neighborhood in Oriens and is represented by the eleventh seat in the Senate.
The name Alba is either derived from alba, Latin meaning "pearl", or from the homonymous name. It is the center of a large tourism industry, with a central location, neighboring both ancient, medieval, and contemporary parts of the city.
