Claudia (Libertan English: /klaʊdɪɑː/; Latin: [klau̯djja]), officially the Vicinity of Claudia is a neighborhood situated in northern Oriens in Liberta. It is completely surrounded by Oriensan neighborhoods, from the north clockwise, Almeda, Aurelia, Divitae, and Vesperum. Claudia is the fifth neighborhood in Oriens and is represented by the thirteenth seat in the Senate.
The name Claudia is derived from the Latin noble family of the same name, several members of which have lived in the neighborhood since the 400s. Due to its central geographic location, it has historically served as the center of much of the eastern neighborhoods, and once established, as the center of Oriens.
