The execution of Theresa Vales took place on April 28, 2011 in Colony 4, Pacific Empire. She was sentenced to death by lethal injection by Secretary-General of the Sunshine Treaty Organization Pact Xavier M. Pitag two days earlier for crimes against humanity.

Theresa Clara Vales was the President of the United States of JBR from April 9 to April 23, 2011. She was originally the Director of the Central Intelligence Agency of the United States of JBR until she usurped President Justin Vuong and his administration and took over. Under her regime, she heavily taxed JBRicans, threatened to attack other nations, violated human rights, tortured people, and launched massive genocides on civilian protests. She ruled with former Deputy Director Morris Kendell who influenced Vales to incorporate fascism into the government. She was responsible for the uprising of the JBRican Civil War and was eventually deposed by the Vuong Loyalist Front on April 22, 2011 in the Battle of Loma Linda.

She and Kendell were brought on trial by the Sunshine Treaty Organization Pact Justice Court on April 24, 2011. She denied the accusations placed on her by the Justice Court despite strong evidence presented by witnesses. Her partner, Morris Kendell, confessed and was relaxed of his penalties. However, Vales continually denied until she was declared guilty by the Grand Jury. Secretary-General Pitag gave the nations in the Grand Jury to hold elections to choose Vales' sentences on the same day of her trial. The choices were life imprisonment with a chance of parole or capital punishment. However, on April 26, there was no reply and Pitag sentenced Vales to death. President Vuong gave Vales a pardon although allowed 48 hours for any other nations to "claim" Vales and punish her. Within two hours of Vuong's announcement, the Pacific Empire responded and its leader, Frank Jaegar, claimed Vales. Vales was brought to the Imperial Jail Facility of the Pacific Empire where she stayed for the night. On April 28, Vales was brought to the prison's kitchen where she would eat her last meal. However, she attacked a staff member and was ordered to immediate death by the prison's warden. Prior to the order, Vales unknowingly spoke in front of public television. Several television networks in the United States of JBR canceled the recording as Vales used excess profanity during an argument with the attacked staff member and prison guards. It was reported that Vales bit off a guard's finger during the walk to her execution room.

At 10:40 AM local time, Vales was brought to a cell named Execution Cell B. She was strapped on a gurney and given an injection filled with sodium thiopental. Soon after, she was given pancuronium and finally, potassium chloride. She was pronounced dead at 10:44 AM. The Pacific Empire shipped Vales' body back to the United States of JBR where her body would be brought to the JBR City National Cemetery.
