- Overnight curfews are imposed in 40 cities across Superior in order to quell the violence from the ongoing riots.
- Two protestors are shot and killed in Davenport, Iowa. In a seperate incident, a police car is ambushed and an officer is wounded.
- Protests break out in the neighboring Union of American States in solidarity with the protests in Superior.
- The Superian National Guard is deployed to the nation's capital and other major cities.

- An independent autopsy concluded that George Floyd had died of "asphyxiation from sustained pressure" and that there was "neck and back compression that led to a lack of blood flow to the brain". The autopsy also concluded that George Floyd died at the scene of his arrest.

- One of the suspects involving in the shooting of Ahmaud Arbery says that the gunman shouted a racial slur at the victim before his death. The allegation opens up the possibility of hate crime charges.

- Two Buffalo police officers are suspended without pay after being caught on video pushing a 75-year-old man to the ground during a protest. The man has been hospitalized due to his injuries.

- Turkish-backed GNA forces enter the strategic Libyan National Army-held town of Tarhuna, west of Tripoli. The town is considered to be a stronghold for LNA Field Marshal Khalifa Haftar. GNA officials claim that their forces have reached the centre of the town.

- The High Commissioner for Human Rights of the League of Nations, Michelle Bachelet, says that over 1,300 civilians have been killed and half a million displaced in three provinces in the Democratic Republic of the Congo due to a resurgence of attacks on the civilian population by various different armed groups. Bachelet says that these attacks may mount to crimes against humanity and war crimes.

Videos uploaded to social media shows GNA soldiers burning the homes of people accused of supporting the Libyan National Army.

- The death toll from the sinking ship that was carrying 53 migrants off the coast of Tunisia on Tuesday rises to at least 46 as more bodies are recovered from the sea by coastal patrols.
- Chinese government officials state that floodings in south and central China has killed more than a dozen people and has displaced hundreds of thousands who have been seeking shelter since June 2.

- Eight mass graves are discovered in Western Libya with most of them being located in the town of Tarhuna. The Government of National Accord (GNA) says that the graves contain the corpses of captured GNA fighters and civilians and are evidence of war crimes.

- Four people are killed and eight others are woundd after a mosque was bombed in Kabul. No group has claimed responsibility for the attack yet.

- Petrobras, the main state-run oil company of Brazil, says that it will no longer do business with tankers that have visited Venezuela over the past year in compliance with sanctions imposed on by Sierra and the Union of American States.

- Hundres protests in major cities across Lebanon in response to the government's handling of the nation's current economic crisis. Since October 2019, when the protests began, the Lebanese pound has lost over 70 percent of its value. The Government of Lebanon says that it will introduce more Sierran dollars into the market on Monday.

- A petition filed by provincial Libertarian Party leaders and officials from San Joaquin, Maricopa, Orange and Reno calling for the May 31 decision to be repealled and only allow Libertarian MPs to run for the position of party leader.

- More than 3,000 deaths from COVID-19 are reported in Chile, but an investigation by the Ministry of Health told the World Health Organization (WHO) that the actual death toll is around 5,000 people.

- A court in China sentences an Australian man to death on charges of drug trafficing. The man was arrested in 2013 at Baiyun Airport, Guangzhou and had been held in custody for seven years. The Australian government has condemned the sentence.

- The Interior Ministry of Pashtunistan says that the Taliban has killed and wounded over 400 Pashtun Royal Armed Forces personnel in the last week and that the group has intensified its attacks ahead of upcoming peace talks. The Interior Ministry accuses the Taliban of attacking religious scholars in order to apply "psychological pressure" on the royal government.

- A drone strike in northwestern Syria kills two high-ranking members of the Guardians of Religion Organization, a group linked to Al-Qaeda, according to opposition war monitors.

- Black Lives Matter activist Oluwatoyin Salau is found dead in Tallahassee, Florida after disappearing on June 6. Shortly before her disappearance, Salau had tweeted that she had been sexually assaulted by a man. Her death is being treated as homicide.

- A police officer in Massey, New Zealand is shot dead and another one is injured. This is the first time since 2009 that a police officer has been killed on the line of duty in New Zealand. The shooter fled, attacking a civilian in the process, and has since been arrested.

- LMPD officer Brett Hankison is terminated from the force following violations of departmental policy in regards to force used against Breonna Taylor. Hankison is one of three officers that were invovlved in the shooting and the incident has been investigated over allegations of misconduct.

- The Thames Valley Police declare the mass stabbing from yesterday, which left three people dead and another three people injured, in Forbury Gardens, Berkshire, United Kingdom, to be an act of terrorism.

- Forces loyal to the Southern Transitional Council (STC) have taken over the island of Socotra, Yemen. The Cabinet of Yemen condemns the takeover as a "full-fledged coup" while the governor of Socotra condemns the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia for "turning a blind eye".

- The Pashtun government accuses the Taliban of kidnapping around 60 civilians in Daykundi province last week. Tha Taliban deny the accusation and have accused the Pashtun government and military for being responsible for civilian casualties that occured over the past week. - NASCAR launches an investigation after a noose was discovered in the garage area of Bubba Wallace, the lone Africa American driver in the series, at the Talladega Superspeedway, Talladega, Alabama., vowing to "eliminate those responsible" from the sport. Bubba Wallace had recently convinced NASCAR to prohibit the display of the Confederate flag at the racetrack and events.

- A spokesperson for the Taliban says that the group is committed to Inter-Pashtun peace talks schedueled for July and has reiterated its commitment to not attack CAS military personnel in a post on Twitter commenting on a videoconference between Sierran Foreign Minister Maggie Chan and Taliban official Mullah Baradar where they discussed the peace talks. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs confirmed the claim and said that Maggie Chan is "fully committed" to the peace talks.
