Dylan Chao Guerrero (born December 12, 1977) is a Sierran orthopedic surgeon and politician serving as the MP for Laguna's 21st district (Escondido-San Marcos) since 2016. His district comprises the cities of Escondido and San Marcos. He previously served as an MPL for the Laguna General Assembly's 4th district. Since December 2022, he has served as the K.S. Surgeon General, having been appointed by Prime Minister Maggie Chan following the 2022 federal election.
