JBR City (also referred as New Riverside, Mathews, or Capital City) is the capital of the United States of JBR and has its own special district as mandated by the Constitution of the United States of JBR. The mayor is Justin Vuong who also serves as President of the United States of JBR. The city is primarily managed by the JBR City City Council and maintained by the JBR City Interior and Trust Fund. Landlocked by the state of Victoria, JBR City is built over the former capital of the Victorian Republic. Originally, JBR City was a large, hilly area with McMansion communities just out of city limits of Riverside. JBR City, once home to two McMansion communities and several farms, is now increasingly growing since the founding of JBR. There is a reservoir in the city named Lake Mathews and much of the energy to the city is fueled by the Mathews Dam. Some of this water also goes to Los Angeles, Angeles and its vicinity west of JBR City.
History
JBR City was originally a large hilly area where it was home to large proportions of orange trees and farmland. When this was cleared, two main McMansion communities were built: Victoria Grove and Lake Hills. President Justin Vuong and members of the Group of 25 were all raised in this area and because of that, it was made capital of the United States of JBR. The city was quickly built by volunteers who helped refurnish and remodel the various homes of the McMansion communities along with building business centers on the hills. Soon political monuments and statues were erected and the makeshift residences of the government finally had their permanent homes built. The Capitol, Presidential Palace, and Supreme Court all were built inside the original community and a large wall protected it. A military base and airport was built along with an embassy row. The government decided not to put to much businesses in the city and made the city of Riverside as the unofficial "Downtown JBR City". Riverside is only 3 miles away from JBR City and a major street known as La Sierra Avenue is famous for connecting the two cities. Several sieges and battles occurred here and JBR City was destroyed twice quickly rebuilt and was increasingly growing in business fares and population.
The Doom House-NPO War caused great panic in JBR City and the check points for entrance was heavily guarded by police officers and soldiers. The aerospace of JBR City was heavily monitored with airplanes and cruise missiles were placed at selective parts of the city. The Jihad War of the United States of JBR caused even more public distress and officials were forced to restrict many roads from public access. This restriction was lessen by the mid-March 2011 and the opening of several new minor sectors expanded JBR City's city limits into unincorporated and suburb communities. JBR City was eventually destroyed in the JBRican Civil War by fires caused by explosions and raids. It was on the progress of rebuilding when the 2011 Act of Volunteering was enacted sometime in the late April but was captured by the United Pacific Aligned Coalition in the Great Pacific War. It was liberated by the Vuong Loyalist Front on May 27, 2011 and secured by June 2.
Cityscape
Sectors
JBR City is divided into six main sectors or sections of the city. There are minor sectors as well although are mostly situated near the suburbs or Riverside.
National Forum
The National Forum or National District is home to the Presidency, Monarchs, most of the Cabinet members, and many Congresspersons. The National Forum features the Presidential Palace, Capitol, and Supreme Court along with the Octagon—a military intelligence center, the Cabinet Headquarters, the Central Intelligence Department Complex, and the JBR City Military Base. Various national monuments are also found here and the Embassy Row is located along the main street of the National Forum: Pacifican Boulevard. The National Forum is situated over the former community of Victoria Grove. It is home to the one of the world's largest infinity pool, the Reflection Pool, which surrounds the Capitol and situated to appear as if it continued into Lake Mathews. Much public access is restricted to the National Mall and the monuments. Traffic is closed year-round except during the summer.
Downtown JBR City
Downtown JBR City refers to the city of Riverside; which is an independent city (and the capital of Victoria) outside of JBR City but commonly listed as a district or sector of JBR City itself. Riverside is situated 3 miles north of JBR City and is larger in both population and size.
Residential Sector
The Residential Sector is situated southwest of the main district of JBR City and is mostly reserved to residential communities and homes to various civilians and political workers. The Residential Sector is often considered a suburb and is home to about 20 different gated communities. The largest is the Villa Grove and is home to most of the JBRican celebrities. The University of JBR City is located here and the Grand Park runs along a narrow strip between the Residential Sector and Lake Mathews. It was destroyed once in a large fire during the Great Battle of California and rebuilt after the war ended.
Lakeview
Lakeview resides over the former community of Lake Hills; a community that was situated over a mountain that was higher than the one the Victoria Grove was situated on. Lakeview is mostly home to various business centers although most of these said businesses are small, family-owned. An exception is the JBR Square which is part of the greater Riverside Square Complex which contains numerous banks and economic agencies. Much of eastern side of the mountain and lower hills have the view on Lake Mathews. An underground base is situated underneath Lakeview although its purpose has remained confidential.
Mathews Beach
Mathews Beach is not truly a beach but rather a rugged coastline along the small lake of Lake Mathews. Considered its own sector, the beach has no buildings and serves as a recreational site. Because it is a reservoir (as it was intended to be even before the U.S. itself dissolved), during the hot summers, the lake drops at a considerable rate and during the rainy winters, the lake often reaches a few inches from overflooding. Mathews Beach is also home to Mathews Port, a small dock where people can dock their boats or rent some to sail across the small lake. A large wall serves as the northern border of Mathews Beach and a road is built over it. A small section of the beach is a large home to an abandoned facility and is said to be the entrance to the Lakeview Base.
Greater JBR City
Greater JBR City is home to various community buildings such as churches and post offices and is situated northeast from the National Forum. Greater JBR City is also home to more wealthier citizens who are not politicians or celebrities and politicians who chose to live there. Greater JBR City also has a smaller district itself: New Woodcrest, although it is considered a red light district. Several minor sectors are considered part of Greater JBR City which includes, Little Großgermania, Little Disparu, and Little Midway.
Minor sectors
Little Prussia
Little Prussia is a small, mostly German-populated community in JBR City and is named after the nation of Prussian Empire, an immediate ally from the Sunshine Treaty Organization Pact. Little Prussia is home to the JBRican All-Stars baseball team as well; hosting the JBR City Stadium. Little Prussia is located south of the Greater JBR City. The JBRican Red Cross Headquarters and the JBR City National Medical Center are also based here. Little Prussia is home to JBRica's largest underground military facility. It houses a base underneath the sector where researchers study and build missiles and also relates with the Prussian Empire's advanced and renowned missile technology. It was originally called Little Großgermania and named after Großgermania.
Little Disparu
Little Disparu is a mostly French-populated community in JBR City and is named in honor of the former country of Disparu. Little Disparu has a park known as Green Park and has a statue known as the Pikachurin Monument which commemorates former monarch and current JBRican vice monarch, Lance Pikachurin. Little Disparu was originally called the Quarter Square but was renamed Little Disparu on February 20, 2011. Little Disparu is sometimes confused with the territory, New Disparu, a new addition to JBR. It was originally proposed to build a house for the Pikachurin family although it was the Emerald House that was chosen instead. Various marketplaces are found here such as the Darach Plaza and many of these buildings are styled after French architecture. The natural reservation is located to the east of this sector and is home to various burrowing animals including the JBRican national animal, the meerkat.
Little Midway
Little Midway is a mostly-Japanese populated community and officially declared as a sector by the City Council on March 26, 2011. It is home to several entertainment centers and is active in Japanese culture. There is a theater exhibit entirely dedicated to ancient Japanese plays such as reenactment of the The Tale of Genji. A large fish market is also present and is home to over 3,500 variations of fish and seafood. A large arch stands above the main entrance and has a plaque saying, "Friendship shall forever prevail; never shall bonds be broken," symbolizing the friendship of the United States of JBR with the Union of Midway.
Little Bobogoobo
Little Bobogoobo is a small sector which serves as an industrial area of JBR City. A nuclear power plant is situated here and is responsible for much of JBR City's electrical power although a large farm of wind turbines is also present. There is also a large speedway where games are held every Thursday afternoon.
Points of Interest
Presidential Palace
The Presidential Palace is the residence of the President. The Presidential Palace is really the remodeled successor of Vuong's home when it was a McMansion. The street, Executive Way, is a closed area with historical homes of Vuong's neighbors; all residences which have now become homes of politicians and the wealthy.
Franco Land
Franco Land is a large, Francoist themed park with 14 sections and spans over 630 acres. Franco Land is currently closed due to the Doom House-NPO War but received 4 million visitors during its short time when opened.
Googolplex Zoo and Aquarium
The Googolplex Zoo and Aquarium is a zoo and aquarium located near the Mathews Beach and is home to nearly 3,000 animals and an additional 12,000 sea animals (including an estimated amount of individual fish). The Googleplex Zoo and Aquarium is partially above and underground with 12 levels and spanning over 10 acres. The Googleplex Zoo and Aquarium also provides a monorail system that leads to Franco Land.

The church is about 5 acres total with an additional 2 acres of gardens, Sabbath school, and the Fellowship Hall. Services take place on Saturday or "Sabbath" and some attend on Friday sundown for services known as vespers. On Sundays, a non-denominational service takes place for the general mainline Protestants and on special occasions, all Christians alike are gathered on Christmas Day. On one rare occasion, the church served as a Jewish synagogue for three weeks before the congregation relocated to a different building.
Southern Point
Southern Point is a museum that specializes in history and the arts. The museum houses many artifacts and its curator is Ryan Edwards who is the Vice President of the National Archeological Society of JBRicans (NAS).
