Morris Warren Kendell (born February 13, 1978) is the 2nd President of the United States of JBR, a position which he shares with Theresa Vales (he is addressed as Regent President to distinguish himself from Vales who assumes the title, Imperial President). He gained presidency after he and Vales ousted the Vuong Administration led by Justin Vuong on April 9, 2011. He is an advocate for fascism.
Early life
Kendell was born on February 13, 1978 in the city of Vancouver, British Columbia. He was a single child and was raised a Catholic although he never fully attached to it. Kendell moved to Temple City, California by the age of 6 because his father needed to move where his company's headquarters were based. Kendell studied politics and began gaining an interest in fascism although he hid that secret interest. He went to become an agent for the FBI by 1993. Kendell continued working for the FBI until 2004 when he resigned and opted to serve as a detective. Kendell's detective business ultimately failed and retired. The U.S. dissolution persuaded Kendell to enter the Inland War. He served as a tactical agent for the city-state of Angeles in which he earned several honors for counterintelligence against Angeles' enemies.
Political life
When the United States of JBR was founded, President Justin Vuong appointed Kendell as Deputy Director of the Central Intelligence Agency of the United States of JBR; trusting Kendell's intelligence and wit. Secretly, Kendell began exposing his colleagues and workers with his political beliefs of fascism and the urge to overthrow the Vuong Administration. When the Jihad War started, Kendell and his superior, Vales, began working with the JBRican enemies. Kendell leaked hundreds of confidential reports from the government of the United States of JBR. He and Vales also conscripted on taking over Disparu and persuaded Vuong to establish the territory of New Disparu. In effort to gain support from the locals, Kendell hired a highly-respected political family known as the Willows to impersonate the Pikachurin family, the former monarchs of Disparu. His plan backfired when the Free State of Quebec was established and the Disparueans favoring its regime over JBR's. He decided to expose his plans to the international community; believing the international community would lose trust to President Vuong. In this, he believed that Vuong would be usurped by the people by the public's demand and Kendell could take over by lying. However, Vuong directed the blame to the CIA and gave Kendell the decision to takeover the government immediately.
On April 9, 2011, he and Vales overthrew the Vuong Administration and declared the Vales Administration as the new government. Kendell briefly had several allies before severing all of them; most notably from the Midwayan Soviet Federative Socialist Republic. Kendell introduced his fascist ideas to Vales and managed to incorporate some of its key practices into the government.
