Summary
TO:LOUTE revolves around the superhabitable moon Uingffh and the three nations that emerge from it: the Great Morbidian Hegemony, the Unified States of Osuwa, and the Kingdom of Kerolon. These three nations, having since developed into interstellar powers, now compete for influence, power, and territory on the stellar stage, in the process altering the lives of various other alien civilizations caught in the Uingffhian nations' wakes.
In 2033, the third princess and Grand Admiral of the Kingdom of Kerolon, Urlum Eudae Kerolon, is sent on a peaceful diplomatic mission to Uingffh's most recently-discovered habitable world: Earth, the third planet in a rather large star system 23.6 light-years away from Uingffh. But when she is almost assassinated by Uingffhian politicians in order to justify a full-scale invasion of Earth, Urlum vows to destroy all three Uingffhian nations and bring about a thunderous end to Uingffh's hegemony over the Orion-Cygnus Spur as revenge for destroying her dream of peace.
