The Secretariat of the 37th Congress of the Continentalist Party of the United Commonwealth began on 28 August 2021 and is currently in session. Elected by the 37th Central Committee, its members serve as the highest policy-making authority within the Continentalist Party. The Secretariat is chaired by the General Secretary Daniel Muir. The Secretariat since its inception has contained seven members.
The 37th Secretariat coincided with the rise of Daniel Muir, who took office following the removal of Anthony Malito as General Secretary. It is believed that an intrapersonal rivalry between the two and a series of political maneuvers leading up to the 2020 election took place behind the scenes, which ultimately resulted in Malito's fall from grace by the time of the 37th Party congress. Known allies of Malito from the 36th Secretariat, such as Isaiah Mikkelsen, did not receive reelection to the body.
