Lezgistan (Lezgin: Lek'i), officially the Federal Republic of Lezgistan (Lezgin: Lek'i Republika), is a sovereign state in the North Caucasus, Europe. Lezgistan consists of ?? provinces, with boundaries mostly based on ethnic groups, and which each hold some autonomy. Lezgistan is bordered with Dargistan to the north, Awaristan to the north-west, Azerbaijan to the west and south, and has a coast on the Caspian Sea to the east. The country has a total land area of ?? sq km, making it the ?? largest country in the world by land area, and a population of ?? at the 2020 Census, making it the ?? largest country in the world by population. The capital of Lezgistan is the city of K'wewar; other major cities and towns in the country include Axceġ, Usuġçay, K'uraġ, Meġaramdxür, and K'asumxür.
